Tony McMaster is the principal behind our most recent recruitment franchise located in New Zealand. His wide experience and varied business background, brings a wealth of knowledge and business understanding to the recruitment industry. Tony's previous experience includes sales and marketing, training, research, and the management of two very successful businesses.

Since moving to New Zealand, Tony has experience working within business brokering with a major international organisation, whilst researching leadership and franchising through several large corporate New Zealand companies.

Throughout his business career, Tony has always excelled at working closely with his clients to gain a precise understanding of their culture, expectations, and other important aspects of their business, ensuring he builds and maintains long term quality business relationships.
