Sylvana Lalla CPA

It is our pleasure to introduce Sylvana Lalla, one of our growing numbers of Sydney-based franchisees. Sylvana is a Qualified Accountant and Certified CPA with a Bachelor of Business, a Diploma of Business and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She has been involved in the corporate world for over 25 years, with experience working for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and large multi-nationals.

Sylvana is currently the Deputy Chairperson for the NSW SME Committee and assists the Convenor of the NSW Directors Discussion Group for CPA Australia, which ensures she is always up-to-speed on accounting, business and legislative issues.

More recently, Sylvana has also been involved with training accounting graduates from various Universities throughout NSW looking to convert their theoretical knowledge into real life work skills. Her hands-on, practical training program was designed to get inexperienced graduates to a job ready state within a short period of time, so they were able to contribute effectively to any business from day one.

With many years in accounting, consulting and training, it was a natural progression to move into the recruitment industry, in particular with her exceptional expertise in understanding the needs and requirements of the accounting profession at large.
