Steps to becoming a Franchisee

To ensure you have the necessary skills and past experience to manage a successful Recruitment Vision franchise, we need to gain an understanding of your career, and relevant knowledge in the form of a resume or other appropriate documentation.
Alternatively, you may wish to make your initial enquiry via the application form attached to the site, by clicking on the icon at the end of the Questions section
In any regard, the following summary outlines the process of approval for any application received for a Recruitment Vision franchise:
- A confidential resume (or the like), is required
- If the applicant is found to meet the general requirements, further information regarding the Recruitment Vision model will be sent out for consideration
- Recruitment Vision will contact the applicant in approximately seven days to ascertain the interest level
- If positive, an initial business plan will be requested (this can be done on a standard template provided by Recruitment Vision)
- Once reviewed by Recruitment Vision, a time will be made to discuss in more detail with the applicant, with the aim for both parties to agree on the final plan. This then becomes the base for moving forward
- A final copy of the Franchise Agreement will be sent by email to the applicant for review, and to seek legal advice where necessary
- Upon notification from the applicant to proceed, a meeting is arranged to discuss the business plan, and finalise any other areas of the agreement
- The final Franchise Agreement is prepared for signing, and an invoice is created for payment by the applicant
- Upon signing and payment of the invoice, the induction training commences over two days, which includes the handing over of the operational manual
- The Franchisee then commences trading
