A client specific brief will be completed from a meeting using our position profiler, with all parties involved, to discuss and finalise the requirements for the vacant position.
We will obtain as much information as possible to facilitate an accurate candidate match to the vacant position, business area, and culture of the organisation.
A specific sourcing and selection strategy is established, including an effective advertising plan relative to sourcing only the most suitable of candidates for the position
We carefully screen the candidates to ensure their resumes contain a high level of relevancy to the vacant position. Particular emphasis is placed on experience, qualifications, culture fit, and work stability.
Online skillcheck testing is used when required for specific skills testing of candidates. This system is secure and individual scores are based not only on ability, but are also given a normative value based on years of use, training and capability
Following the screening, interviewing and testing of candidates, a short list is prepared for presentation to the client
We arrange for the client to interview the selected candidates at mutually agreed times. Interviews may be conducted at the offices of Recruitment Vision if need be
Complete reference checking is carried out when the client selects final candidates for the vacancy
Recruitment Vision undertakes all the final negotiations with the client and the candidate, and prepares all the relevant placement confirmation letters for the successful candidate and client
Recruitment Vision also follows up at pre-agreed time intervals with both the client and the candidate to ensure the employment process has commenced satisfactorily
