Wayne SlackWayne has enjoyed a successful and varied corporate career comprising early management experience at the State Bank of Victoria, Coles Myer and George Laurens. In 1984, he established Laurens & Co., which became the largest Australian-owned mercantile company under Wayne's leadership as Managing Director. Over the next 16 years, the company established 15 offices nationally and managed the national debtor account portfolios of many Australian best-known companies. In 2000, Wayne sold the business and decided to retire to pursue some leisure time. Over the following years he undertook a number of consultancies with businesses requiring directional change, business plan development and/or restructuring. The shortfall of experienced, quality candidates was continually highlighted during this period and prompted Wayne to embark on a further business venture in recruitment. He established Recruitment Vision in 2005 to assist businesses and candidates with their employment requirements by offering each a direct relationship with the owner/stakeholder in the business. Built on the single belief that owners will always go that extra step to ensure the utmost in client service and satisfaction. Hence Recruitment Vision was borne and as such now offer some 12 separate franchised recruitment consultants across Australia.

Mike HawkinsMike Hawkins has been employed by Recruitment Vision in the capacity of Franchise Sales & Development Manager, as part of the next phase of evolution for our franchising concept. FYI, Mike has many years of senior management experience over a variety of roles in specific industries, always concentrating on the service industries, with business planning and development roles. With extensive experience gained within senior recruitment roles in both blue collar and executive recruitment (both with Adecco and Dunhill - now Robert Walters), and then a stint at a State Managers role for a large Australian owned national company and then more recently, Mike drove BigRedSky to be the fastest growing Australian provider of e-Recruitment systems. Christine SmaleAfter over 15 + years working in a senior role within an accountancy practice in charge of payroll, HR and specific client accounting activities, Christine joined Recruitment Vision in 2007 as the Administration Manager. With her extensive HR and payroll background and her experience in accounting disciplines, has meant that Christine has taken over the role which is obviously ideally suited to one with her experience and expertise manager in this regard. She is a passionate communicator who works exceptionally well under pressure and build extremely strong relationships with all those she comes in contact with. Her accountabilities totally revolve around successfully management of all day to day administrative and back office support structures and activities, in place in support of each and every Recruitment Vision Franchisee. |
