Sione has been involved within the HR/ Recruitment business for in excess of 20 years holding management positions within both Government and Private sector organisations.

With an academic backbone in Student vocational guidance he quickly progressed into Human Resource Management and then of course into general business recruitment.

He has built a sound understanding through the practical application of Human Resource Management Principles, personality traits and disciplines predominantly stemming from the logistics, warehousing and production line industry recruitment experience where he has worked for in excess of 8 years.

Then add to this a number of years in general Business Consulting and you have person very well versed to guarantee you and your business the level of understanding and service delivery needed to do the job both efficiently and effectively.

In short, he has a real affinity towards sourcing good quality people no matter what the role, whether permanent, contract or temporary positions, he has an innate understanding of what is required to be successful in the business critical area of sourcing candidates that can add value to your business.
