Annette Tighe has University qualifications majoring in HR and also holds a Bachelor of Social sciences add to this an exceptional amount of varied management work experience over many years working in both the Health and Aged Care sector and then later in Senior Sales positions within the Real estate industry in many parts of outback Queensland.

Also after studying for a Palliative Care Certificate and a Diploma of Nursing (QLD) Annette worked in the Care industry for a number of years and has a distinct affinity with the Health Industry.

She then went on to complete her Real Estate Sales Certificate and worked in the area of Selling Residential / Rural Real Estate sector for a number of years. However her real passion for working closely with people which meant she again ventured back to University and this time completed a Business Certificate IV (Human Resources and OH&S).

Add to this being raised most of her younger life in and around mining, she has a wealth of experience to deal with  the uniquesnees involved with employment within South East Queensland region.

With her unquestionable passion for the people industry and her thirst for knowledge, she is well suited to take both her education and her varied work experiences and work with businesses from a staff recruitment perspective.

She is a highly respected and sort after individual by her peers within in the Queensland SME business networks. Likewise she is also seen as someone who consistently seeks to deliver local innovative solutions, superior service and effective results for her clients in line with their respective critical business needs.
