Mahinda arrived in Australia in 1989 after many years in very senior management and then set about further adding to his overall professional career and fundamental skill set, which now spans some 35 years in senior management across five countries.

Since arriving he has gained further experience in senior positions from Director and General Manager, right through to Industry specialist consultant, in areas such as manufacturing, production management, training and human resource management across a variety of business sectors in Australia.

His skill set and industry expertise range from Accounting, Manufacturing, Production and Project Management, Training and Course Development through to Recruitment, Orientation, Mentoring and Coaching.

Having now been a recruitment specialist for well in excess of (10) years and with an exceptionally diverse and varied skill set, he is a widely respected and very much sought after recruitment professional.
