Carly has over nine years experience in the international hotel and events management industries and knows the importance of providing superior customer service.

Qualified with an Advanced Diploma in Hotel Management from the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School (Australia), Carly has gained valuable experience through her employment with large global corporate companies, including:

  • Grand Hyatt Hotel - holding a number of senior positions
  • General Manager of a Melbourne boutique hotel
  • General Manager of a large 4-star metropolitan hotel and conference centre in Melbourne
  • Events Manager at the London-based headquarters of the world's second largest tobacco company

Her extensive experience in managing and recruiting staff in these areas has provided Carly with the essential industry knowledge required to successfully recruit quality candidates in all positions.
